Elegant Desert Sunrise Elopement

This sunrise adventure elopement was the perfect balance of minimalist, elegant, and adventure. Eloping in the Oregon Badlands just has a really cool sound to it, don’t you think? And with the muted earth tones, the color palette of the Oregon high desert is truly one of my favorites.

Every detail of this elopement was picked to compliment the surroundings. The minimal ceremony location was the perfect amount of florals to make a pop without distracting from Faith and Thunderstorm. Her dress made me swoon with how flowy it was and how it fit her perfectly! I loved that it was a two piece and when brides go for something a little unique.

One question I get a lot about sunrise elopements is “what do we do about food?”. Do we still do a meal? What about cake? The answer is “if you want to!” Eloping is all about you, so you both get to decide if you have breakfast, just coffee, or all of it and a cake! I loved this table set up , it was decorated with the colors of the landscape and had an intimate picnic vibe that just lends itself to additional snuggles, because let’s be real-it’s still chilly in the morning.

Running around the high desert with these two was such a dream come true!
